This Digital & Printable, low-prep activity is an engaging way for students to practice their solving quadratic equations skills! Students become suspects after another a movie theater patron is found murdered, and they must solve the quadratic equations by factoring in order to clear their own name and figure out who among them is the murderer!

Students are given character cards when they enter the room and assume the role of a movie theater patron. Their trip to the movies is interrupted when a someone is found murdered in the back of the theater! They must work through the clue/worksheet to clear their own name and figure out who among them is the guilty one!
